These Terms & Conditions govern:

Lifestyle photographs, vehicles, decorative objects, accessories, or other items shown for demonstration purposes are not necessarily included with the product.

The exact contents of your purchase will be those described on the relevant product page and in your order confirmation.

Road Bestie will not retroactively change the essential characteristics of a product that has already been purchased.

6. Product Use and Safety

Road Bestie products must be used:

• In accordance with any instructions provided.

• With reasonable care regarding use, cleaning, maintenance, and storage.

• In a way that does not interfere with the safe operation of the vehicle or any vehicle safety system.

Where the product is used in connection with a vehicle seat belt, it must not interfere with the correct positioning, fastening, tension, release, or normal operation of the seat belt or any other restraint system.

Road Bestie products are comfort or travel accessories and are not intended to replace, modify, or substitute any vehicle safety system.

Always follow the instructions provided by the vehicle manufacturer and, where applicable, the manufacturer of any child restraint or safety system being used.

If the product prevents a seat belt or restraint system from fitting or operating correctly, discontinue its use.

Where products are used by children, appropriate adult supervision should be provided where reasonably necessary.

Road Bestie will not be responsible for damage caused exclusively by clearly improper use, unauthorized alterations, incorrect installation, inappropriate storage, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

Nothing in this section limits rights relating to defective, unsafe, incorrect, or non-conforming products.

7. Prices, Taxes and Import Charges

The prices applicable to an order will be those displayed at the time the order is placed.

Before completing payment, customers will be shown, where applicable:

• Product price.

• Applicable taxes.

• Shipping costs.

• Discounts or promotional reductions.

• Total order amount.

For orders shipped to the following destinations:

• United Kingdom

• European Union countries

• United States

• Mexico

• New Zealand

• Canada

• Australia

applicable taxes and import duties are included or covered as part of the order where stated by Road Bestie, and customers should not normally be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

For all other countries and territories, import VAT, import taxes, customs duties, brokerage charges, clearance fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination and local regulations.

This includes European countries that are not members of the European Union, such as Iceland, Norway and Switzerland, unless Road Bestie expressly states that taxes and import charges are included or covered for that destination.

Unless Road Bestie expressly states that such charges are included or covered, these destination-specific charges may be payable by the recipient.

Road Bestie does not control taxes, customs duties, clearance charges, or other fees imposed independently by foreign governments, customs authorities, or local carriers.

8. Pricing Errors

We may correct typographical, technical, or obvious errors relating to prices, promotions, availability, or product descriptions.

If an error is discovered before an order has been accepted, we may:

• Inform you of the correct price and request confirmation.

• Cancel the order.

• Refund any amount already charged.

Once a contract has been validly accepted, an internal error will not allow Road Bestie to unilaterally alter the agreed conditions to the customer's detriment unless applicable law permits otherwise in the case of an obvious error.

9. Placing and Accepting Orders

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve that product.

By completing checkout, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been formally accepted.

The order will be considered accepted when:

• We expressly confirm acceptance, or

• We confirm that the order has been prepared or shipped.

Before accepting an order, Road Bestie may reject it for legitimate reasons, including:

• Inability to deliver to the specified destination.

• Reasonable indications of fraud.

• Violation of clearly disclosed promotional limits.

If a paid order cannot be accepted, the amount charged for the affected order will be refunded.

12. Promotions, Discounts, Bundles and Free Units

Promotional offers are governed by the conditions displayed on the product page, cart, checkout, advertisement, or relevant promotional communication.

This includes multi-unit offers and bundles where customers may receive additional units free of charge or at a reduced price.

Promotions may include offers such as:

Unless otherwise stated, reasonable limits may apply, including:

Orders designed to circumvent these limits using duplicate accounts, related addresses, false identities, split orders, shared payment methods, or similar methods may be corrected or cancelled.

If an order contains more promotional or free units than permitted under the published offer:

• Only the quantity permitted under the applicable promotion may be fulfilled.

• Any amount paid for products that are not shipped will be refunded.

• No paid product will be removed from an order without refunding the corresponding amount.

Returns involving promotional bundles or free units are subject to the rules set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

13. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Current estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 5–8 business days.

• Europe: 7–10 business days.

• United States: 7–12 business days.

• Mexico: 7–12 business days.

• New Zealand: 7–12 business days.

• Canada: 7–12 business days.

• Other countries: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local shipping conditions.

For the purposes of this section, “Europe” refers only to the delivery-time category and does not mean that all European countries receive the same tax or customs treatment.

Unless expressly described as guaranteed, delivery times are estimates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

• High demand.

• Carrier delays.

• Customs inspections or processing.

• Public holidays.

• Weather conditions.

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Events outside our reasonable control.

Road Bestie remains responsible for the risk of loss or damage until the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, physically receives the order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

A delivery delay does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

Where an order is not delivered within an agreed period or an additional reasonable period, customers may exercise any rights available under applicable consumer law.

14. Order Tracking and Delivery Issues

Where available, Road Bestie will provide a tracking number or tracking link.

Customers should:

• Provide a complete and accessible delivery address.

• Monitor available tracking information.

• Respond to reasonable carrier notifications.

• Collect packages delivered to authorized collection points where applicable.

• Inform us of delivery problems within a reasonable period.

A carrier's tracking status showing an order as “delivered” does not prevent the customer from reporting that the package was incorrectly delivered or not received.

Road Bestie may request reasonable information to investigate the issue, including confirmation of the delivery address, carrier information, or a statement from the recipient.

15. Order Cancellations

We will attempt to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered advanced fulfillment or has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible.

In that case, the order may need to be handled as a return after delivery.

The inability to stop a shipment does not remove any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply under consumer law.

16. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, and other related matters are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Road Bestie's current commercial return policy includes:

• A general return period of at least 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

• Any longer mandatory return or withdrawal period required by applicable consumer law.

• A voluntary extended return period up to 30 calendar days from delivery for products that remain completely unused, unopened, and in perfect resale condition.

• Rules relating to return shipping costs, promotional bundles, free units, damaged products, and partial refunds.

For the voluntary extension beyond the initial return period, the product must remain completely unopened, including its original product packaging, plastic wrapping, box, protective seals, or equivalent packaging where supplied.

Opening only an outer shipping carton does not automatically invalidate the extension if the actual retail packaging and product remain completely unopened.

The voluntary 30-day extension does not replace, reduce, or restrict any statutory consumer rights.

Where the law applicable to the customer provides more favorable mandatory rights, those rights will prevail.

17. Legal Guarantee and Product Conformity

Products sold by Road Bestie remain subject to any mandatory legal guarantees and conformity rights applicable in the customer's country.

Products must correspond with:

• The description provided.

• The quantity and variant purchased.

• The essential characteristics advertised.

• The quality and functionality reasonably expected.

• Applicable mandatory safety and conformity requirements.

Commercial benefits, including Road Bestie's voluntary extended return period, do not replace or reduce mandatory legal guarantees.

18. Intellectual Property

This authorization does not allow Road Bestie to materially alter the meaning of a customer's review or attribute statements to the customer that they did not make.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available to them under the laws applicable in their country of residence.
