If the product prevents a seat belt or restraint system from fitting or operating correctly, discontinue use.

Road Bestie will not be responsible for damage caused exclusively by clearly improper use, unauthorized modification, improper installation, unsuitable storage, or failure to follow essential instructions.

Nothing in this section limits rights relating to defective, unsafe, incorrect, or non-conforming products.

8. Prices, Taxes and Import Charges

The prices applicable to an order will be those displayed before the customer confirms the purchase.

Checkout will show the total amount payable, including applicable charges collected by Road Bestie at that time.

applicable taxes and import duties are included or covered where expressly stated by Road Bestie, and customers should not normally be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

For all other countries and territories, import VAT, import taxes, customs duties, brokerage charges, customs clearance fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination and local regulations.

This includes European countries that are not members of the European Union, such as Iceland, Norway and Switzerland, unless Road Bestie expressly states that taxes and import charges are included or covered for that destination.

Road Bestie may correct obvious typographical or technical pricing errors.

Road Bestie remains responsible for the risk of loss or damage until the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, physically receives the order, subject to applicable law.

10. Returns and Refunds

Road Bestie currently offers:

• A general return period of at least 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

• Any longer mandatory return or withdrawal period required by the customer's applicable consumer law.

• A voluntary extended return period of up to 30 calendar days from delivery for products that remain completely unused, unopened, and in perfect resale condition.

To qualify for the voluntary extension beyond the initial return period, the product must remain in its original unopened retail packaging, including any original plastic wrapping, box, protective film, seals, labels, and accessories where supplied.

Opening only an external shipping carton does not automatically invalidate the voluntary extension where the actual product packaging remains completely unopened.

This commercial extension does not replace, reduce, or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
