1. General 14-Day Return Period

Road Bestie offers customers a return period of at least 14 calendar days from the date the order is received.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within the applicable return or withdrawal period at roadbestiecontact@gmail.com and provide:

  • Your full name.

  • Your order number.

  • The product or products you wish to return.

  • The reason for the return, if you wish to provide one.

  • Photos or videos if the product is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

Once we receive your request, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Where applicable consumer law gives you a longer cancellation, withdrawal, return, warranty, or remedy period, the longer mandatory legal period will apply instead.

Nothing in this policy reduces or replaces any mandatory consumer rights available in your country or territory.

After notifying us of your return, the product must be sent back within the timeframe required by applicable law and in accordance with the return instructions provided by Road Bestie.

Please do not send the product to the address shown on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

2. Condition of Products Returned Within the Initial Period

During the initial return or statutory withdrawal period, you may inspect the product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, appearance, and functionality.

Where permitted by applicable law, Road Bestie may reduce the refund if the product has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection and this has caused a loss in value.

The product should therefore be returned, whenever reasonably possible:

  • Clean and in good condition.

  • Without damage or alterations.

  • With all components and accessories included.

  • With its original packaging.

  • With any promotional products included with the order.

Opening the packaging solely to reasonably inspect the product does not automatically remove any mandatory return or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law.

3. Extended Return Period — Up to 30 Days for Completely Unopened Products

In addition to the initial return period, Road Bestie voluntarily offers an extended return period up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

This additional commercial return benefit applies after the initial period and up to and including day 30 only when the product remains completely unopened, unused, and in perfect resale condition.

To qualify for the extended return period, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has never been used, worn, tested, installed, washed, or altered.

  • The product's retail packaging has never been opened.

  • Any original plastic wrapping, protective film, seal, or factory packaging remains intact, where supplied.

  • The original box remains closed and undamaged, where supplied.

  • All original labels, seals, accessories, components, instructions, and promotional items remain included.

  • The product and packaging have no stains, odors, scratches, marks, tears, adhesive labels, or other signs of handling or deterioration.

  • The product remains in condition to be resold as completely new and unopened.

Opening only an outer shipping carton used to transport the order does not invalidate this extended return benefit, provided that the actual product packaging, retail box, plastic wrapping, and seals remain completely unopened and intact.

If the product's retail packaging, protective plastic, box, or seal has been opened, this voluntary extended return benefit does not apply after the initial return period.

This 30-day extended return period is a voluntary commercial benefit provided by Road Bestie. It does not replace, restrict, or shorten any mandatory consumer right.

If the laws applicable in the customer's country provide a longer mandatory period or more favorable rights, those legal rights will always prevail.
